What To Eat Wednesday – Italian Mini Turkey Meatloaf
These are a big hit in my family! They are full of protein and quick to make (10 mins prep time, 20 mins cook time).
This recipe is grain free but not dairy free so if you are sensitive, feel free to leave the cheese out.
The kids had activities before the supper hour today so I made them ahead of time and stored them in the muffin tin in the fridge. Once we got home it was easy to just pop them in the oven and voila, 20 mins later we were eating!
