Hands up if you are or have been a calorie counter? If you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle and maybe lose a few pounds, it is important to keep track of what and how much you eat.  Today's tip is that there is a better and simpler way to do that than weighing, measuring and counting calories.  And that way involves only your hand!
