Low impact cardio is great for beginners, people just getting back into regular workouts and those rehabbing an injury.

However it is also a great add-in to your routine for those who regularly do moderate to high impact workouts.

So if you thought this episode wasn't going to apply to you, stick with me, it applies to everyone!
